Security and data handling

A data processing agreement under GDPR Art. 28 is signed before access is granted.
Least privilege
Test accounts and scoped credentials only. No production customer data unless contractually agreed.
Deletion on close
Credentials revoked and test data deleted at the end of the engagement, confirmed in writing.
